Jack’s 29 years in the Financial Services Industry qualifies him in brokerage statement analysis, tax return opportunities and implementing the Horter Investment Management, LLC low risk, and low volatility1 investment management platform. Jack will also market the Horter Investment Management, LLC platform with fixed index annuities in Cincinnati to retirees and pre-retirees.

With over 20 years of diverse sales, investment and management experience in the financial services industry, along with having held FINRA licenses 7, 63, 9 and 10, Scott enjoys mentoring our advisors and coaching them on how to enhance and add value to the relationships they have with their clients. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati and degree in Psychology, Scott is sensitive to the needs of the high net worth investor and understands that financial planning can be emotionally challenging at times.
